L-Sit
Straight, horizontal legs. It is compression strength: hamstring flexibility decides much of the result.
How to do it
- Legs straight and together, toes pointed
- Shoulders down and arms locked
- Push the floor to lift the hips
Sets, reps and tempo
Ranges: 3–6 sets of 5–30 s
Tempo: Enter the position under control, hold with constant tension, and come out before your form breaks
Common mistakes
- Bending the knees and logging it as an L-sit
- Leaning back to compensate
