How to do it

  • Legs straight and open in a V
  • Body in one line from shoulders to feet
  • Squeeze your glutes and abs so you do not arch

Sets, reps and tempo

Ranges: 4–6 sets of 3–10 s

Tempo: Enter the position under control, hold with constant tension, and come out before your form breaks

Common mistakes

  • Arching the lower back
  • Bending the knees without logging it as another step
